Friendly staff were very helpful and smiling, the bathroom was clean with liquid soap, shower gel and a hairdryer, and the room had a kettle, tea, instant coffee and a fridge, the location was perfect in the heart of Istanbul close to tram lines, bus stations and many tourist attractions.
