Serkan and Serdat were extremely polite, kind, and helpful with every question while Şener helped with everything needed and upgraded the room free of charge, breakfast was delicious and good. The hotel was clean, quiet, had 24h reception allowing check-in after midnight, and was close to metro M11 to the airport as well as a bus station to the city center.
