The hotel was located near Osmanbey Metro station and Lotus complex with many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Destansı and Ali from the night shift who spoke very good English. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, with a kettle, tea, coffee, and two small bottles of water provided daily.
