Helpful staff, especially the front-desk receptioner who was very nice and understanding, helped with all requests and allowed luggage storage after checkout without extra charge. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and considered one of the best in Istanbul. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and some had beautiful sea views or were newly decorated. The hotel had an elevator to the rooms and was well located close to tram lines, Aksaray metro for airport buses, shopping areas, restaurants, Grand Bazaar within walking distance.
