Helpful and kind staff, especially Nataliya and Svetlana, were very supportive and caring. The hotel had a beautiful sea view but the room was small with limited space for two big suitcases. Breakfasts were great, tea bar was good in the lobby, and air conditioning worked fine. The location was close to main tourist attractions, tram line 1, underground station about 10 minutes away, restaurants, shops, and bazaar, it was quiet at night despite being in a busy old town area. Free safe in a wardrobe was available.
