We got a friendly welcome and an early check-in after our flight, plus a great room with a terrace facing the Bosphorus. The place felt simple and homely, really close to main sights so we could easily go back for breaks, and they helped with airport transfers and dinner tips. Breakfast on the terrace by the sea made it feel like staying with a friend's aunt who had a spare room.
