The hotel offered a very convenient location close to major Istanbul attractions and public transport. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive to any issues. Rooms were cleaned daily and maintained warmth during colder months. Breakfast was included with a pleasant view of the Marmara Sea from the restaurant terrace. Additional amenities such as an elevator, luggage scale, and toiletries in the bathroom enhanced the stay.
