Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, arranged airport pick up service with good instructions on meeting point. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a view to the city and was nice. Location was great, very close to good eating places, historic sites within walking distance, metro and tram station 5 minutes away. Instant hot water was available in the bathroom.
