We were really happy with the staff, especially Abdul Rahman at night who helped us with our luggage and was really polite. Before we got there, the management sent all the info through WhatsApp, like WiFi and breakfast times, and the room and bathroom were cleaned every day. The hotel was close to the main sights, and we’d stay there again if we come back to Istanbul.
