Friendly staff, especially Benjamin the owner and Khalil, were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice and served until 10:30. The room was clean, quiet, with good air conditioning and WiFi on the 5th floor. Location was perfect within walking distance to Grand Bazaar, mosques, tram station, and many shops. Daily cleaning service was available upon request.
