A very good stay overall, and Mr. Khalil was extremely polite and hospitable. He always asked whether everything was ok, and we told him it was fine. Please do not lose staff like this, as they are important.

The only thing that should be addressed is noisy customers, please tell them to respect other people who want peace and a good rest. Thank you. ?
