Friendly staff, especially receptionist Taha, was very helpful and accommodating with a late checkout at 3pm. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, great sheets and robes, air conditioner working well which was important during summer, and had a large balcony on the sixth floor. The location was very close to Yoused Basha station, metro in 3 minutes walk and tram in 5 minutes walk making it convenient for city center and airport transport. Turkish bath was available but hot water issues occurred on the first night along with strong cigarette smell from the bathroom and occasional foul odors from the air conditioner when heating.
