The staff was friendly and welcoming with Nilay at guest relations being kind, attentive, and professional while arranging a thoughtful birthday room decoration. The hotel had a good breakfast, spa with sauna, Turkish bath and massages, pool and gym, the location was convenient about 30 minutes from Grand Bazaar by local taxi.
