The location was exceptional, situated near the tram station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable with cozy bedding and complimentary toiletries provided. The hotel offered a calm and quiet atmosphere rare for Istanbul. Breakfast included a decent variety to start the day.
