Friendly and helpful staff, especially Shahin who upgraded the room with a beautiful view of Galata Tower and welcomed with a fruit plate, breakfast was good with exceptional service by Rhami, rooms were clean and modern, rooftop restaurant had amazing views, location was perfect near metro station and Istiklal Street.
