The hotel was very close to the metro and about 100 metres from the tram lines with a perfect location near Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including English breakfast, Turkish specials, cereals, and bread that were all tasty. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, polite, and professional with Mohammed and Ahmed providing top service. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and good soundproof windows but some rooms had small showers. Housekeeping visited every day though some guests found cleanliness inconsistent. The lift was out of order one morning but was fixed very quickly.
