Staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, handling issues such as parking fees with care and offering compensation when needed. Amenities included a hamam, spa, restaurant, and café. Rooms were clean and comfortable, some featuring terraces with nice views. Additional security for luggage was available on the property.
