A welcome cookie was provided as a thoughtful touch. The location in the Old City was highly convenient, with easy access to historic sites. Staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, handling issues such as parking fees with care and offering compensation when needed. Amenities included a hamam, spa, restaurant, and café. Rooms were clean and comfortable, some featuring terraces with nice views. Additional security for luggage was available on the property.
