The hotel was in a perfect location close to the ferry terminal, metro, and restaurants with beautiful views of the Bosphorus Strait and the European side. The room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had fantastic bathrooms with comfortable beds. Kereem at reception was extremely professional and helpful, taking care of an elderly guest and offering to be a guide. Oz changed the room to a more convenient one upon request.
