The staff were helpful and friendly, with Muhammat speaking Arabic and Turkish which was very useful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with kitchenware provided. The hotel had easy access to metro and metrobus stations near Istanbul Expo, while the neighborhood was safe with many shops and restaurants nearby.
