We had excellent service from very friendly staff and enjoyed good food with a team that clearly cared. The hotel is well maintained and in a quiet spot we liked, though the TV in our room was slow to turn on and sometimes went off for a long stretch, we were surprised a 5-star hotel didn’t show the European Cup of Nations 2025 or Copa America 24. We also liked the spa facilities, which were excellent.
