Helpful staff, especially Ahmed and Ermir at reception who granted early check-in and upgraded the room for an additional fee, responded positively to requests with hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, with a sea view from the 5th floor. Location was exceptional in the heart of the historic district, close to attractions, restaurants, tram and metro stations.
