The hotel was located in the old town within walking distance to the historic center. The staff were very friendly, supportive, and available 24 hours. Rooms were good-sized and clean, equipped with a water kettle offering complimentary tea and coffee. A free upgrade from a basement room was provided along with Turkish coffee and useful tourist tips. Wi-Fi connection was noted as slow during the stay.
