Friendly staff, especially Mr. Talha at the reception and Maria who was responsible for breakfast, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was light and enjoyable with excellent coffee or tea served in a very clean and comfortable area. Rooms were soundproof, comfortable with two power outlets per bed and black-out curtains. The location was great, close to shops, walking distance to Taksim with a lovely rooftop bar nearby.
