Exceptional customer service was delivered by Mr Burak, Mr Ozgur, and the gentleman attending breakfast who went above and beyond on every occasion. The staff were very helpful, especially Emre, Özgür, Mr Bayram, and Mr Kazem. The location was perfect with comfortable beds and good breakfast.
