Helpful staff, especially Onur at reception who carried luggage and changed the room due to weak Wi-Fi, room was well stocked but heater did not work and Wi-Fi was weak. Location was very central, just 2 minutes from Taksim Square and close to Havabus bus station with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Early check-in request led to a room that might not have been cleaned yet.
