Location in Istanbul, lively area with cafes and bars. Room on 3rd floor, big but had to use 2 elevators. Staff spoke Arabic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast downstairs was good, local produce. Area busy even late at night. Cleanliness okayish, value for money especially in Besiktas.
