Friendly staff, especially Yacoub and Ayub, were helpful and allowed early check-in, the room was quite large with good soundproofing and air-conditioning, some had a big terrace to enjoy city views, the hotel was located on a quiet street about five minutes walk from Taksim Square with easy access to metro and Kabatas pier via F1 Funicular.
