Friendly and welcoming staff, especially the manager Ercan who was very helpful. The breakfast was decent and served on time every morning with options like milk upon request. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had good wifi with timely room service. Location was excellent, within walking distance to major tourist attractions in Sultanahmed and close to many restaurants. Towels were changed twice during a six-day stay.
