Friendly and helpful staff, especially Yusuf, Mohammed, and Josef, made the stay pleasant with extra care like providing an extra warm blanket. The room was clean, comfortable, small but well-equipped and cleaned daily. Breakfast was decent and included with a tip to go early. Free sauna and hammam were available but not widely known before arrival. Convenient location near metro and tram stations was close to everything needed despite some noise from the hallway and cigarette odors affecting comfort.
