The place was a bit tricky to find at first, but the folks there were warm and helped us out a lot. Our first room had a smoke smell, noise till late, and a shower that didn't drain well, plus the heater leaked and damaged some stuff, so thanks to Sultana we moved to quieter, nicer rooms on the third floor with no street smell. The beds were comfy and the location was great for getting around Istanbul, though it could have been cleaner.
