The location was very convenient, with easy access to metro and tram stations within minutes. The staff provided friendly and helpful service around the clock, speaking multiple languages including Turkish and English. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of foods presented buffet-style, although some fresh produce quality varied. Noise from outside prevented leaving doors open during the stay.
