The location was good with lots of shops around and a 10-15 minute walk to public transportation. The staff was lovely, polite, friendly, and supportive with luggage, the receptionist Anwar provided great customer service while Tarik was jovial, smiling, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious for five people with super comfortable beds and cleanliness maintained by towel and sheet changes on the third day. Breakfast was very good to enough. Garages were nearby as the hotel did not have a parking lot.
