The room was clean, tidy, and had a renovated bathroom with heated floors and two types of pillows per person. The owner was very helpful and solved the shower head problem quickly while providing an extra blanket. The location was very close to Taksim Square with convenient transportation options like metro, buses, and trams nearby. Mr. Sina from the staff was professional and accommodating throughout the stay.
