The hotel was situated in a fantastic location, within walking distance to museums and historic attractions. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with prompt information. Facilities were clean and comfortable, featuring comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Public transport connections included a metro station five minutes away and a tram stop next to the hotel.
