Friendly and attentive staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, bright, spacious with lovely views across the water and bridge. The restaurant served a delicious selection of food including traditional Turkish breakfast. A bus stop was outside the front of the hotel, and it was close to the ferry and shops in Ortokay with easy access to port and town within 15 minutes walk.
