The hotel was centrally located on Istiklal Street near Taksim Square with easy access and fairly priced transfer to the airport. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, especially Eudolan, Zafer, and Veysi Utku who gave daily advice and immediate responses to requests. The breakfast had a large assortment of foods and was delightful every morning. The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable with good heating and conditioning, modern furnishings, elegant premises, stylish interior design, and some rooms had views of one of the busiest streets in Istanbul.
