Friendly staff, especially Gulya in the cafeteria who spoke Russian and was very helpful. The hotel was clean with daily towel changes and had an eco-friendly approach, breakfast was adequate but repetitive. Location was very convenient, close to Yenikapi metro and tram stations, with many shops, restaurants, a small food shop open late nearby, and easy access to Sultanahmet attractions.
