Very clean, spacious room with daily cleaning and a free upgrade was given. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and available 24 hours, especially Mr. Veis and Mr. Ramazan who made the stay welcoming. The location was perfect, close to bus and metro stations in Taksim area. Breakfast was served in the hotel cafe at a fair price.
