Helpful staff communicated with vendors and ensured timely arrivals, breakfast was nice with a rich and tasty buffet served in a cellar with historical architecture, the rooftop terrace had views of Istanbul, rooms were large with heating and air conditioning working well, the location was central close to major attractions and street food restaurants.
