We found the hotel to be perfect, with amazing staff, especially Yahya at reception. The breakfast was good, and the location was amazing, just a 5-minute walk from Taxim Square. The gym was basic but fine for a quick workout, and we were also allowed to use the pool at the other sister hotel.
