Helpful staff, especially manager Goka and Mr. Ramazan, resolved a ... issue and upgraded the room. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with many options and had a fantastic rooftop view. The two-bedroom apartment had a courtyard, small kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and hamam that kept it warm. The location was close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace Museum, Grand Bazaar and many cafes in Sultanahmet district.
