The host was amazing and helped with luggage, called during departure day to offer a late check-out, and provided extras like drinking water and dish soap. The room was clean, comfortable, air conditioned, with a washing machine, small stove, refrigerator, water boiler, and enough utensils for two people. The location was near the historical city part of Istanbul within walking distance from the tram and train station as well as restaurants and shops on the same street.
