We found this place safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet, right on a quiet street with a nice 3rd floor apartment just a short uphill walk from the hotel. The apartment had an amazing view of the Sea of Marmara, a spacious layout, firm beds, and everything we needed like shampoo and filtered drinking water, plus a great breakfast with a view at the hotel.
